Enjoyed my weekend here. The place was beautiful and clean just like the photos. Will book again my next time in Myrtle Beach.

This Villa was a great place to stay for our family of 6. It’s nice that it was on a golf course (it was easy for my son to book a tee time), it was quiet, and beautiful scenery. Also very close to the beach and so many more attractions that we did while we were there. We would definitely book again when we go back to Myrtle Beach.

The place looks just like the photos. Clean, well equipped with everything you need just like you’re home. Everything is up to date all appliances look new. Host was extra pleasant anything I had a question about she didn’t hesitate to help. Instructions on working things around the apartment 10/10.
Apartment on the 3rd floor about 10 min drive to Boardwalk ocean Blvd, about 3 min drive to Broadway at the Beach! Don’t hesitate to book!

We had a great stay! The home was in great condition and extremely well stocked (kitchen and bathrooms). The beach was less than two miles away and there were plenty of other attractions nearby. The host provides a guide book that has all the information you need about the home and things to do nearby. Would definitely stay again!
One note: The host is clear about the pool being small but I still underestimated how small it would be. It worked for us because I just had an infant but if you have older children, it may be less fun.

Jim was very very responsive and helpful during our stay, being it was a big family stay the games were so much appreciated along with the smart tv and couch bed! cleanliness was a 5/5 the bugs down south can’t be simply avoided on the outside so that much we understand. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

I loved everything about this property. The condo was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very convenient and close to everything. Most certainly will book again with JM Villas.
