Before confirming a direct booking with JM Villas, guests are required to review and accept the JM Villas Rental Agreement. This agreement includes check-in, check-out, occupancy, security deposit, house rules, HOA rules, pet policy, cancellation policy, liability, digital guest tablet rules, Wi-Fi equipment, checkout instructions, and guest responsibilities.
Confirmed guests may be required to sign the rental agreement and provide a valid government-issued photo ID within 24 hours of booking.
